I AM Yoga hosts special events throughout the year focusing on a variety of topics such as Beginners Yoga Workshop, the Reset (restorative yoga + restorative sound), Meditation, Mindfulness, and many more. Our workshops provide educational opportunities on enriching topics to increase wellbeing and higher quality life.
We began offering a 21-yoga class challenge in 2017 and it was so much fun that we have added more to the list. We now offer a variety of challenges throughout the year to help increase overall health and wellbeing.
Each year, we select several months out of the year where clients are able to participate in a fun and challenging goal of attending 21 yoga classes within a month. Each winner of the challenge receives a free t-shirt!

It's not always easy to incorporate new habits into a busy life. Our wellness challenge encourages participants to add activities such as meditation, mindfulness practices, breathing techniques, and yoga into each day. The challenge can be completed virtually or in-studio.

Summers are hectic and making time for yoga can be challenging. We have a summer yoga challenge to help with that problem! Attend 50 yoga classes between Memorial Day and Labor Day and receive a $50 credit to use at the studio.
